MISSING/WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please make sure you have listed your correct shipping address before submitting your payment. We strongly recommend customer get order delivered to address where someone will be there physically to receive package.
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge or neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for items sent to old addresses and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.
IF ITEMS HAVE TO BE RESHIPPED BECAUSE OF WRONG ADDRESS, ORDER WILL NO LONGER QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. NORMAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY.
All Orders are shipped from Oklahoma.
After order is placed, ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PURCHASE

Tracking your Package
You will receive a ship confirmation email when your order ships. The email will include your tracking number.
All items shipped within the USA include FREE shipping. ONLY Original order include FREE Shipping
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock will we email customer (within 24hrs) with notification of item not in stock. We will either offer an alternative product or refund total amount, at customer's discretion.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost for exchange item is customer responsibility , free shipping is only included with original order. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
