To request a return:

- Details or issue with the product

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must beĀ unworn, unwashed, and inĀ new, resellable condition
- Must include allĀ original packaging, parts, and tags
- Return must be received by us withinĀ 14 daysĀ of the original delivery date

Return Shipping

Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to aĀ 10% restocking fee
- AĀ 20% restocking feeĀ will apply if returned items:

- HaveĀ animal hair
- AreĀ missing packaging or parts

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- If approved, a refund will be issued to yourĀ original payment methodĀ withinĀ 10 business days
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the original order amount only. Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
