Return Requests
To request a return:
- Text us within 3 days of delivery at (405) 430-0957
- Include your:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Details or issue with the product
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, resellable condition
- Must include all original packaging, parts, and tags
- Return must be received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date
⚠️ We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order after your original item is refunded.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- You must provide a tracking number for the returned item
Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- A 20% restocking fee will apply if returned items:
- Are dirty
- Have animal hair
- Are missing packaging or parts
- Are damaged or deemed unsellable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of the approval or denial
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the original order amount only. Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
- Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
