RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🔒 Final Sale Items

  • All orders placed using a discount code, part of a deal, or bundle offer are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.

📦 Return Requests

To request a return:

  • Text us within 3 days of delivery at (405) 430-0957
  • Include your:
    • Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Details or issue with the product

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, resellable condition
  • Must include all original packaging, parts, and tags
  • Return must be received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date

⚠️ We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order after your original item is refunded.

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • You must provide a tracking number for the returned item

🔁 Restocking Fees

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply if returned items:
    • Are dirty
    • Have animal hair
    • Are missing packaging or parts
    • Are damaged or deemed unsellable

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or denial
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the original order amount only. Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
