  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
  • Flat rate shipping of $8.50 applies to all orders under $99.
  • All orders are shipped from Oklahoma and we currently ship within the USA only.

Shipping Address & Delivery Recommendations:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting payment. If an incorrect address is entered, the order will need to be canceled and re-placed with the correct information.

We strongly recommend shipping your order to an address where someone is physically available to receive the package.

Order Processing & Tracking:

  • All orders are shipped within 3 business days or sooner after purchase.
  • Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t see your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder.

M-Royal Saddles is NOT responsible for:

  • Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Once shipped, any loss or damage becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with them.
  • Packages Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier or your local post office directly.
  • Packages Left Unattended: If a package is left on your porch, mailbox, or doorstep and is stolen or lost, we do not refund or replace those items.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments :

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Undeliverable for any reason (e.g., no one available to sign for high-value shipments)

We reserve the right to:

  • Retain the original shipping and handling fee (10%)
  • Require payment of any additional return or reshipment costs

Why We Require Adult Signature for Some Orders:

For your protection, certain high-value orders may require an Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

This ensures:

  • Your package is delivered safely and not left unattended.
  • Added security against theft or loss.
  • Verified proof of delivery in case of any disputes.

We understand this may be less convenient, but it provides peace of mind for you as the customer and protects both you and us by ensuring your order arrives securely.

High-Value Orders:

For orders of high value, we may:

  • Request additional verification prior to processing the order
  • Require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery
